Dhananjay Birwadkar is the Founding Practitioner of Anshin Risk & Resilience Consulting (ARRC Global), with nearly two decades of practitioner-led experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Physical Security Design, and Resilience Strategy.
His work is grounded in delivery—spanning complex, high-risk environments across corporate enterprises, critical national infrastructure, financial institutions, government systems, data centres, and large-scale real estate developments in India and international markets.

Prior to establishing ARRC Global, Dhananjay built and scaled multiple practices from inception into multi-crore revenue streams within his previous organisations. This included developing a specialised government-focused vertical that continues to operate as a niche system integration business beyond his tenure, and establishing a multidisciplinary consulting practice that he expanded into South-East Asia.
These initiatives enabled new service lines and regional market entry, evolving into sustained, high-performing business streams, while requiring him to establish market presence, build technical capability, and deliver complex, multi-jurisdictional assignments.

ARRC Global was established in 2025 after nearly two decades of hands-on-experience spanning Physical Security, Resilience, and Governance. The founding came from a specific frustration: the advisory market had settled into a model where the same templates were reused, the same frameworks applied regardless of context, and practices said yes to every brief whether or not they had the depth to deliver it well.
