ARRC Global
Our ESG Commitment

We advise on ESG governance. We hold ourselves to it too.

This page sets out ARRC Global's commitments across Environmental, Social, and Governance dimensions — with specific actions, honest timelines, and a commitment to report progress plainly.

For a boutique advisory practice, ESG is not a programme to be managed separately. It is the standard we hold ourselves to — the same one we help clients build. A practice that advises on governance must be well-governed. One that advises on supply chain ethics must apply ethical standards to its own suppliers. This is not idealism. It is consistency.

Our Commitments

Three pillars. Specific actions. Real deadlines.

Each commitment below shows its current status. We update this page when status changes.

🌱
Environmental
Building climate-resilient practice & advisory
Live
All international business travel is carbon-offset. Domestic client meetings default to virtual or hybrid unless on-site presence is operationally required.
Live
Energy-efficient security technology — low-power sensors, optimised scheduling — is recommended as standard in all design proposals.
Live
HVM and blast mitigation designs integrate natural and sustainable materials where structurally feasible, reducing concrete and steel without compromising protection.
In Progress
Climate Resilience Addendum for TVRA engagements — assessing how climate change (flooding, extreme weather, heat stress) creates new physical security vulnerabilities for each asset type.
2026
Transition company vehicles to hybrid or electric in operating regions where this is feasible.
🤝
Social
People, clients, and community
Live
Inclusive hiring: at least one qualified female or underrepresented candidate is interviewed for every open role at ARRC.
Live
Wellbeing standard: mandatory minimum two-week recovery period between major project deliverables to prevent burnout and protect work quality.
Live
Vendor ethics: supplier and sub-contractor pre-qualification includes questions on labour practices and ethical standards — not just technical capability.
Live
Pro bono: 5% of annual profit dedicated to security assessments for at-risk non-profits and cultural heritage sites, provided at no cost.
In Progress
Path to Partner framework — a transparent, merit-based progression structure for future team members as the practice grows.
⚖️
Governance
Integrity as the first line of defence
Live
Zero-tolerance anti-bribery and corruption policy. Any violation — by any member of the practice or its supply chain — is grounds for immediate termination of the relationship.
Live
Conflict of interest disclosure: any potential conflict is disclosed to the client before engagement proceeds. No exceptions.
Live
Data handling standards exceed client contractual requirements. This ESG framework is the direct accountability of the founding practitioner, reviewed quarterly.
Live
Every client deliverable provides clear, prioritised, budget-conscious recommendations — not just problem identification. Useful advice, not billable documentation.
In Progress
ISO 27001 certification for information security management — target completion within 18 months of this publication.
Our Reporting Commitment

"We will report progress against these commitments in our annual client update. No glossy reports. No greenwashing. Just honest updates on what has moved forward and what has not. The same standard we hold clients to on ESG disclosure, we hold ourselves to here."
